"When submitting your application for the Porn Camp Seminars, you must submit to a criminal background check. Porn Camp Seminars Inc (or whatever Courtney has named the corporation) reserves the right to deny any applications without giving a reason to the applicant. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an application to the seminar. No drug usage will be permitted at the seminars and will be reported to the authorities. Applicant must agree to sign a statement of confidentiality to insure privacy for this event. To record a scene, you must bring your own camera equipment. Recording of the seminars by any audio, video or other media will be prohibited. The only recording permitted will be during the seminar to shoot the adult scene."
